Prolific jewelry designer Ilias Lalaounis was born in Athens, Greece in 1920. Descending from a family of goldsmiths, he apprenticed under his uncle's jewelry firm to become a master craftsman. In 1941 he took over the family business, and later developed a vision for his signature style during the 1950s. Inspired by his passion for prehistoric motifs, artifacts, and Greek mythology, he studied traditional methods of artistry, branching out on his own in the 1960s to form his own company. In the decades that followed, his work blossomed into a myriad of fine jewelry collections that earned widespread appeal and designer status. Adored by celebrities and the fashion elite, designs by LALAoUNIS remain in high demand among collectors and jewelry lovers in the modern day!

We offer the FedEx Express Saver shipping option. Payment for expedited shipping must be received by 12pm Greek time, Monday through Friday, in order for the item to be shipped that day. Items shipped via the FedEx  Express Saver option will be delivered in Europe within 1-2 business days or to the US or elsewhere will arrive anytime between 3-5 days, but it may take more than that for the item to be cleared at customs. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the Shipping Cost Table to determine your expedited shipping & insurance costs. Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items or in certain countries (ex. Russia). If you wish your item to be insured, you need to contact us to be advised on additional fee. Do You Accept Returns?
Yes. Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt on authenticity issues only. We only accept returns if the buyer has proved via verified authenticators that an item is not authentic.
The Security Tag must be attached and intact to receive a full refund.
Please read the description and view the photos carefully, especially noting the size of the items and any flaws. We will not accept returns on buyers remorse!
For a full refund including shipping both ways- we require written proof from respected authenticators such as caroldiva.com, bababedi.com, etc
How do I return an item?
Follow these steps:
• Send us an email explaining the reason of your return. Once we have agreed, then,
• Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
• Ship it to us. Contact us for the appropriate shipping address to be given to you
Within 3-4 business days upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this refund will not include any original shipping charges.

To facilitate returns, please keep in mind:
• Returns must be sent within the number of days specified in the product description/detail from the date of receipt In the original or similar, safe packaging;
• Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged cannot not be accepted;
• Do not remove the security tag or any other tags attached to the item until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the security tag it will void itself. Items without security tags or the original tags on the item will not be accepted for return;
• Return shipping is at your cost unless Customer Care issues to you a relevant written consent;
• An undelivered item will result in a 7% fee. Items that are returned due to an incorrect address on the purchase order will be charged a 3%. All fees will be deducted from any refund.
